Starting POWER GOLF SYS tomorrow

I'm not a long drive guy, but do poke it out there. Well at least I used too. 4-5 years ago my SS was around 112-115. It has slowly dropped with age and decrease of flexibility. I recently bought a SS radar and standard swings were down to 105. I could get to 110 but only swinging as hard as possible. So I ordered the Power Golf System with the hopes of restoring my old SS.

 

I am going to follow the Super Speed Golf System workout starting tomorrow.

 

Knee Swings, Lefty then Righty. Light, Med, then Heavy. 5 swings per each

Standard Swings Lefty then Righty. Light, Med, then Heavy. 5 swings per each

Step swings Lefty then Righty. Light, Med, then Heavy. 5 swings per each

 

Looking forward to tracking my progress. My Father is going to do this as well. His SS is 93.

Interesting, because the PGS has a different order, PGS goes heavy, medium, light. I wonder which is better...

The golf swing is a funny animal. I play with a 75 year old man, looks like he's swinging in slow-motion the whole way. He's a +3 and still hits 108-110 at impact....lol

I did the two week SuperSpeed Golf Protocol... and on Monday will start the same system you are using. I will post my initial Swing Speed Results from my Swing Speed Radar and then again on every Monday add an update.

 

It will be interesting to see what impact it has.... I feel even with the first two weeks of using the SuperSpeed Protocol... I have increased my swing speed since I am hitting the ball further.

 

The SSG Protocol... is

Finish with 2 swings with the Light Club.
