Hi All,

 

I'm 32 and played a ton as a teenager (HS golf team, youth camps, etc.). I was pretty on and off beginning in college and in fact I played my first round in 5 years two weeks ago, and it went better than expected. The short game is tough to get a feel back for, and I'm pretty inconsistent on full shots, but I can still hit the ball basically just as far for some reason. It's been great reading about all the technology advancements here, and I think I most enjoyed reading the golf stories for example in the rules and etiquette forum.

 

Anyway, I have a used Titleist driver and 3 wood on order (913d3 8.5 deg and 913f 15 deg), I'm playing with my old Tommy Armour 845s for now, and I bought a couple wedges last weekend. It's been GREAT to get back out on the course and the practice areas, most of the time it feels like I never left. Look forward to chatting with you all!
