Srixon Asics New Duo Boa Golf Shoes Disappointment

Purchased a set of the ASICS Duo Boa golf shoes that have rubber spikes a couple of months ago.  I could not locate replacement spikes so sent email to Asics requesting what brand spikes fit their shoes.  Joe S emailed me back they could not help me and did not know what brand of replacement spikes to use.

By the way the shoes themselves are very comfortable and seem to be well made.

I have the Duo Boa shoes and the part of the shoe the holds the soft spikes in came out on me while playing. Thought it was just a loose spike but the actual threaded spike holder came off the shoe. Unfortunately I threw away the receipt never expecting some type of issue from a quality shoe company. I would like to know if there is a fix.

Depending on where you bought them, the store "might" be able to reprint the receipt if you paid with a credit card and can look up the purchase date.  If they can, there is still the question of whether the store will let you return them or you have to go through the warranty process with Asics.  Asics might handle them under warranty without a receipt if you can at least provide purchase date and location but you never know.
