SIGPro Softy mat causing back and shoulder issues?

Just set up my new simulator for the winter. I ordered the SIGPro Softy mat based on recommendations of both realism and injury prevention. I don't have struggle with any elbow or wrist pain, but I do struggle with pain in my upper back between my shoulder blade. The first two or three times I've used the mat, I've noticed pain in my upper back, right shoulder, and lower back. Anyone else have any issues with this type of mat? Have another rec? I'm thinking about trying something firmer that won't "grab" the club as much.

I have really bad wrist and lower back pain as well and I 100% agree with you. The sigpro absolutely made my back problems worse. If you want one that won't hurt your back and won't grab the club get a real feel golf mat. The golf mat is pretty expensive, but boy is it worth it. 

 

Also if that one is too pricey for you get one from goorolf. I have 2 simulator setups, so it worked out great since my wife made me go on a budget.

Thanks for the rec...every I read, people claim the Country Club Elite is bad for injuries but the SIG Pro Softy is super easy on the body. Not sure whether I should pull the trigger on a CCE or just go Fiberbuilt

I have the cce hitting strip with their stance mat (i dont think they offer the stance mat anymore). It does give me elbow pain, but not back pain.
