What a terrible day of golf

And I thought I was getting better

I just got my Ping G5's yesterday and went to the range. I love them. So today I went to play, stopped to hit a few balls at the range and was hitting the most beautiful shots I have ever hit. I then go to the course, and proceed the shoot the worse score I have shot in years. I couldn't drive, couldn't hit my 3 wood and couldn't hit my irons. Man, I haven't been this frustrated in golf, ever. I went from shooting in the mid 80's to well over a 100...AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's golf. Sorry to hear, I have the same experience all the time. Just when you think you have it figured out...it bites you in the Word not allowed and takes (me) awhile to get back to shooting well...

That's why we play. Go home and clean your clubs and pretend it never happened. Tomorrow's another day. That's like a pro golfer who normally shoots under par shpooting a 76 or something; it happens to everybody.

same thing, new cleaveland hibore, they guy at golfsmith basically custom picked for me cause its got a real shift, and he said this would straighten my slice out over my old flexy driver, but I sliced it and it nowherre, and when i had any decent tee shot, i managed to waste it with my wedge or putting, hit a GIR and then 4-putt, any tips to stop the slice, i even get it with a 4-iron, my brother says im setting up to the left, but i cant feel it usuallly

Ah man don't sweat it........like they say a bad day playing golf is better than being at work...

I'll go out with my brothers and my mother and shoot 4 over par. I'll play with my father and shoot the same exact score he does. Even my brother will start yelling at me that I'm not playing like I usually do. My mother will yell at me to relax. My father yell at them that that's how I shoot when I'm around him. Those days I just hang my head in shame. I feel for you, dude.

 

Most guys shoot for par, I just shoot to make the same score I usually do when I'm around my father.
