Bridgestone RX vs. Srixon Z-URS

Can some explain the differences between the RX and the Z-URS? I know that Bridgestone is touting the RX and the first tour caliber ball for slower swing speeds. But the Srixon website lists the Z-URS as a ball for someone with 80+. Seems like a tour caliber ball (at least in price) rated for a slower wing speed. Am I missing something? Thanks.

I like the URS a lot. Its as long for me as anything out there and it spins plenty. As much as I like it and am confident in it, I don't have the warm and fuzzies for the ball.

I purchased a sleeve of the new B330RX's and will be playing it this weekend.

In addition, I also have a sleeve of the TM Blacks to try out.

Played the RX today - the RX may be a tad longer and it does seem to spin just a bit more around the green than the URS but IMO they play very very close.

The RX feels a bit softer off the driver and very solid on the irons.

Even though they seem to be fairly spinny in the short game area, I didn't have a lot of luck fading and drawing the ball off the tee. I can normally can hit a nice fade or draw but today, the ball just had a fairly small curve to it.

I cleaned and sharpened the grooves on my wedges and did scuff the RX a bit.

FWIW -the RX isn't as shiny as the the URS and lot of other balls around. It has that same softer white that the ProV1's of yesteryear had. I really like that about the new RX.
