I'll hand it to this knieving seller. He fooled alot of bidders to cash in a $800 profit. Typical the first retail FT-3 comes out of CA. where the Callaway headquarters are based. Probably some demo day rep. What really amazes me is the bidders who submitted over $500 clearly were oblivious of the FT-3 & its custom shaft options on the website. Not to mention simply doing an "FT-3" completed listings search on eBay, to see the tour heads have a colored flight bias lasered on the heel instead of the retail dot designation. I wasn't aware of a shaft named the Graphite Design Tour AD YS-6. Must be a prototype. :busted_cop:

I saw that too. You can order the exact same FT-3 from golfsmith right now for $399.99. What a profit. Come on people.. do some research!

yeah I was watching this auction as well...but yes it's a $400 dollar driver... shame on the seller ..feel bad for the buyer.

The driver is a retail ft-3 but he has advertised it as a tour prototype to try and get alot more money. Which he did.

Yeah, but check his other purchases--another "tour" FT-3--this one with the bias spelled out, 2 Ping putters, 2 MB wedges, a set of S-59's, and some X-tours!

Are we sure this thing is retail? If we are sure than what is our role? We could let the buyer and seller know the truth. Couldnt the buyer get a refund???

:D This is an easy fix for the buyer. All he has to do is tell Ebay that the auction goods are not that of what was posted and he will get an investigation started on the seller. More than likely he will get fully refunded and someone here could SAVE THE DAY!!!! :vava:
