IMO the best of that era

currently watching "the best in the box" alice in chains and came to the conclusion that Layne had the best vocals in the '90s.I know you eddie vedder and chris cornell fans will dispute but for the music AIC was playing no one can duplicate even this new guy William Duvall hell Phillip did better.

Weird story, A couple of friends at work were talking about various bands and who we had seen live, and I mention I really like Alice in Chains. He mentions that they opened for Alice Cooper and that Layne's voice sounded exactly like it does ont he album and how impressed he was. No more than 2 days later we find out with the rest of the world he died. I also remember saying if Chains got back together recording and touring, that I would be there. Man I wish I could have seen them live with Layne.
