New to the Forums

Hello Everyone,

My name is Joe. Just joined golfwrx. Registered with www.msga.org. Play for fun and starting to get good enough to play competetively again, would be nice to play professionally someday. Currently, I am taking lessons @ Worthington Manor Golf Club. Before this year, I had never taken a lesson. 29 years old, didn't play golf for about 9 years after high school. Hope that I can find people to play with in the area.

If you haven't found it yet. Do a search for the Maryland Golfers thread. There are several of us that post get togethers, course reviews etc there. A few guys from Frederick as well on there. ll.ump is actually an employee of Worthington Manor and plays there quite a bit.

As mentioned we often post impromtu get togethers there. We have played Musket Ridge many times, as well as Worthington Manor, PB Dye and Whiskey Creek is one of our favorites.

Greenie is another member of the site that plays a lot of the Frederick and surrounding courses as well.
