Miura baby blades iron covers

Your right they do and I want my stuff looking new when I get rid of it to bring the most value out of it I plan on these baby blades staying around a good while so I don't want to look at them all beat up. If you don't like iron covers that's your option I don't like to look at dings and scratches and hear the clanging of iron.

I'm not saying I don't like iron covers at all and in no way am I directing anything toward you. I used to be just like this. So protective over my stuff. After awhile, it got tiring and I started to worry about my game and I got better. Much better. It came with the territory. Everybody else I know that plays a lot is the same. Keep em clean and just play. Replace when worn. Repeat.

PS, wedges are FANTASTIC when rusted and used to hell and back.

Yea I'm not too worried about wedges they don't bother me as they do get used more than any other iron

I have just purchased the new 1957 CB with 8 –W Bb, after owning the 202’s. I have chosen to go with the small neoprene covers, which I obviously take off when stored in the house.

When I clean my irons I finish off the cleaning process with “don’t laugh now” I use [u]Baby Oil[/u], this brings the clubs up looking immaculate and I find the oils adds that little extra protection when in the covers, this paid dividend when trading in as the pro could not believe the 202's condition after two years of frequent use without head covers. As you no doubt use gun oil when maintaining the artillery !
Only problem is my wife has NO Idea the cost of my weapons, the excessive use of baby oil takes some explaining. if she new it would be myself that required head protection.

Yea my wife doesn't know I have two sets let alone the one set plus the mci shafts. She would flip out. If you need irons contact players edge ted Toratti he is an amazing builder.

I think I used to be a player!!!
Every time she started looking chatty I used to trade her in for a better model. Then eventually my game improved, and I got one for keepers.
The moral of this story is unless you look after the ones of choice you don't get a return on your investment.
I even get rub oil in all of my babies LOL.
Wait till you own a set of Muira's you will understand. It's the next best thing to mistress, especially if the wife thinks miura some cheap Korean import....
