Hello all!

My name is Shawn, I hail from Connellsville, Pennsylvania. I'm about one hour south of Pittsburgh - and if you know where the 84 Lumber Classic tournament was held at Mystic Rock, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Farmington PA - you know where I work.

I'm 29 years old, and I'm in marketing. I work in a cubicle farm where my only saving grace is that I have a TV in my cube.

I graduated in 2010 from California University of PA with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Business Administration.

I have a little girl due in September/October - all parenting advice is welcome!

I picked up golf just last year as a way to spend more time with my father, after only spending a few spare outs to the local 9-hole backwoods courses in my younger teens. However, I've been bitten by the bug and spend most of my days off practicing at the range or exploring the courses in the nearby area.

After sustaining a mild shoulder injury in ice hockey this past fall - on top of the approaching birth of my daughter - I've been putting most of my time and efforts into golf.

Finally bit the bullet and joined the forum (because I lurk here when I have downtime at work)

I'm really excited to have an outlet to talk life and golf - maybe find some new golfing partners.

Also worth noting I'm on Xbox Live as 'giraf87' - and should be upgrading to XBox ONE here shortly... until then I'll be living vicariously through my avatar on TW PGA Tour 2013.
