Any other ways of getting on the Old Course

My family is planning a trip to go out to Scotland next August. We want to get on the Old Course at St Andrews but have run into a problem. The website shows that they are booked until November 2018. I know you can stand in line in the morning to get paired up with at two or threesome but that would mean the three of us wouldn't get to play together. I was wondering if there is any other ways to get to play the Old Course.

Some tour operators have blocks of tee times available to them. But the Old Course would probably be part of a package tour. And it wouldn’t be cheap.

 

I believe the Old Course Experience used to have exclusive rights to the Old Course. But I think they lost sole rights last year. So maybe the pricing might be a little more competitive now.
