The adapter is a LH adapter that will also work with a RH driver head. Standard setting is the same, the adjustment to the loft would just be reversed. For example, to bring the loft up 2* in a RH driver head, you would just turn it to the lower setting on the adapter.

Measures 44.25" from end of the adapter to end of the grip
