Need help with driver

Lately I've been struggling with a horrible slice, I've been trying to strengthen my grip and fix my swing path but last round was a disaster off the tee so it's time to get some help. Today was a little better with hitting mostly draws with a couple fades and 1 terrible slice. Took some videos at the range this morning and would appreciate any feedback.

You need to reshoot the dtl video with the camera at sternum level in order to see whether the clubface is open at first and last parallel and at the top. 

1. Stance is FAR too wide( front video) -look at the width of your stance compared to Tiger’s

2.Your internal rotation of your left hip during your backswing ( as evidenced by  the large bend of your left knee at the top) is far too much resulting in your left foot on its inside side . Some of this results from your far too wide stance .Compare the amount of bend in your left knee and the position of your left foot to Tigers at the top.

 DRILL is to place an empty large bucket , narrow side up between your thighs , just above your knees . 

3.You have too much lateral and not enough rotational lower torso movement in the downswing . This is evidenced by your bent lead knee after impact compared to Tiger’s

Thank you for the feedback. I have a round Wednesday afternoon, I'll try and get another video before or after it. I'll work on narrowing my stance a lot as well and try to get another video of that. We only have 1 size bucket at my club and they're fairly small but I'll see what I can come up with.
