Mill Creek Golf Course - South Course Anyone Ever Play There?

We are setting up my son's schedule for this season.  One tournament possibility is Mill Creek Golf Course in Boardman, Ohio.  It looked like a really tight, tree lined course from our preliminary research.  Anyone ever play there?  He did one event last year on a really crappy course  (not well designed layout, greens the size of a pizza, etc.)that we wished we had researched better.  Trying to not repeat mistakes like that this year.

It is a well-maintained public golf course which hosts lots of local junior tournaments. It will not be crappy, but it will be heavily used in the golf season. 

Local players will have a big advantage since they play there many times a year besides practices.

My kids is not local players there, but we drive there a few times a year to play golf tournaments.

Thanks for the info. It is a Donald Ross design correct? Does it have the turtleback greens?
