Purchased this summer, used for 6 sessions to work on some swing mechanics. Super cool technology, and the real-time feedback is great. I just don't have time right now to work on my game.

 

If you're not familiar with the tech, you put the sensor on your lead wrist and it measures your extension and flexion throughout the swing. It has auto swing detection and can also be set up to provide real-time auditory feedback if you get your wrists out of position. Below are a few screenshots of one of my sessions so you can get a sense for how it works. For me, what I was able to quickly realize is how much extension I was getting into at the top of my swing due to over-cocking my wrist. This made it harder for me to get the club into that more "shallow" position through ulnar deviation that moves the lead wrist into flexion. You can see in the screenshots how each swing is captured and the flexion/extension is graphed as a line. You can drag your finger over the line and the 3d wrist model above shows the specific wrist position at every point in the swing.
