1950s Macgregor Persimmon 693 set 1 2 3 and 4 woods Beautiful condition

I bought this set refinished last year. Absolutely beautiful. Not been hit since they were refinished. The shafts are original and I prefer them old, more fun to look at.  3 grips appear original and pretty sad shape (I prefer them original so I've resisted putting new grips on them), and 1 grip is new on the Driver. I can't bring myself to hit them out at the course, just to beautiful. I'm selling them to give somebody else a chance to enjoy them, as I think they deserve to be out there on the course in the action.

 

Here is a thread I started on them earlier this year. 

I privately contacted Robot Doctor and had him look at photos of them before I bought them, wanting to know if they were real 1950s Macgregor 693 woods and he believes them to be authentic. He felt they were in excellent shape, and certainly 10 out of 10 for playing purposes. The shafts have some pitting, but he felt they would be fine for playing. He comments on the thread too. I've yet to swing or play them. I've got so many other vintage persimmons I take out on a regualar basis to my club, but they are hardly as beautiful or as collectable.

 

I've got them packaged up in the same bubble wrap they were shipped in, so they should arrive unharmed.

 

I may separate them for the right offer.
