My entire golf career has been a struggle of a stuck flip move where I stand up and hit the ball super high. I had my handicap fairly low at one point with this swing. But after coming back from a long time away from the game (like 3 years), I decided to take Montes No Turn Cast course and actually do the drills with no exceptions. Just do the drills and see if it works. After just two days of practicing step by step and very precisely and focused, I hit the ball with my hands in front at impact for the first time in my life. The feeling off the club face was immediately different. I knew something changed. And when I looked at the camera sure enough, I did it. Granted I know it’s not left thigh hands or anything yet but dang it I’m happy. Thank you monte. I just had to share a screen grab of my old swing, vs the Monte swing.

I'll add another hat tip to Monte, purchased the NTC videos about 2 months ago following some absolutely dismal months of trying to find a swing.  Couple of weeks working just the drills,  then a few range sessions focused on the takeaway and no-turn backswing.  Took that to the course and golf is fun again!   Back to low-mid 80s scoring, a relative rarity for the past couple years for me.  Much more to work on but I've been really happy with the results so far.  Thanks Monte.
