Driver lie help

I have a question for discussion. I'm 65 yrs old and my driver miss is more of a pull left as a right hander. Very seldom hit a slice.

I'm kicking around the idea of a Callaway Paradym .

To keep a lower lie angle which I understand is better for a player that misses left . 

To reach 11 to 11.5 degrees loft which is optimal for me . Would I be better off adjusting down from a 12 degree head or up from a 10. 5 head ?

Or does it change lie angle either way ?

If you loft down with the adjustable hosel, the clubface will open, the opposite when loft up. But if this helps you with your miss, you need to find out for yourself.

I think that if you lower the loft with the settings and open the face you'll start slicing the ball if your current miss is a pull

 

Most drivers have a setting where you can change the lie angle

 

Have you tried shortening the driver shaft?

If done properly, it would more likely introduce a beneficial fade instead of a detrimental slice.

 

And the few degrees of adjustability that most have for lie angle wouldn't really have a very large impact.   Only about 4-6 yards for most individuals that have a swing speed of 100 mph or less.

 

The OP's problem is much more likely a swing issue than an equipment issue.
