Looking to identify, address and triage my swing issues

Greetings WRXers, I was hoping for some feedback/advice on my swing.

 

Cliff notes about my golf game: ~18 handicap. Strongest part of my game is putting, followed by my short game. Pretty much the farther I get from the green, the worse I am. 
 

Numerous issues I see in my swing…janky setup at address, lack of rotation, long backswing, trail foot heel lifting early…along with the litany of swing thoughts marinating in my head.

 

I’m looking for assistance on what issue (or issues) I should primarily address and possibly some drills to utilize.

 

All 3 videos are with an 8 iron. Apologies about the distance away for the face and back on vids…the range stalls do not provide much room.

 

I also included a photo of a dry erase marker line on ball marking, which is a typical strike marking for me.

What does your divot normally look like? To me it looks steep. It looks like you try to shallow out just too close/steep to do it. It’s hard to tell if the face on camera looks distorted due to how close it is, but it looks like your shoulders are far from level and your right hand grip is neutral while your left is very strong. I would also add some bend in the knees at address. Just some of my thoughts, I’m no expert so take that for what it’s worth…

Thanks for the insight, I appreciate it. With respect to my typical divot (and granted I haven’t hit off turf since November), they are generally small to just a bruising of the ground. 
 

And yes, my shoulders/initial setup/posture issues are likely the root of my other faults.

2 things I would suggest working on before worrying about anything else.
 

A more neutral grip; left hand is underneath the club which disrupts the shoulder alignment. 

 

Need to get off your toes and onto your heels more. It’s cool you posted video from the behind view - notice how your heels are basically unloaded for almost the entire sequence.
