Hi, I have for sale an Aldila Voodoo XVS8 PGA Tour Only Prototype shaft. This has created quite a buzz on Tour. This shaft measure 43.25 inches from tip to grip cap, with 1 & 7/8 inches tip prep from a perfect one-time pull. I got this shaft from a friend of mine and it came in a Aldila PRO TOUR ONLY wrapper that will be included. It is supposed to be very, very stable with a nice kick right at contact which produces great launch and low spin conditions. Shaft is in perfect shape, no scratches or anything. Asking $210 paypalled and shipped to the continental U.S.

I am also selling a 2007 Taylormade Burner TP 9.5 with a stiff flex 65 gram Graphite Design shaft. Club is used but in good shape with normal scratches. Comes with matching headcover as well. Serial number: 736W5CTU. Asking $240 shipped and paypalled.

What does the designation XVS8 mean?? Is it X flex or S flex??? What does it weigh??? Was it tipped at all???

From what I've read it means it has a VS proto profile with 8 meaning the 80 gram range, and the X means X stiff?

I have also read the same thing and you are correct. However this makes no sense to me. Why would they make a different shaft with the same profile as the VS. I have also seen some voodoo's with NV, DVS, etc. profiles. Anyone know what the difference would be.
