Hey guys check out my bag and give a rating out of 10 to each part of the bag for example:

Driver: 9/10
Woods: 7/10
Irons : 8/10
Wedges: 8/10
Putter: 10/10 :clapping:

I think he wants us to give him ratings on how sweet his clubs are. I'll give it a try:

 

Driver: 9/10 (Love my 905r but have a 425TP coming in the mail to replace it, much love for the nv green though)

3 Wood: 8/10 (Others will argue but never liked the v steel that much)

Hybrid: 7/10 (Baffler, not the prettiest girl at the dance, nor the best dancer)

Irons: 8//10 (upgrade to the mp-57's)

Wedges: 8/10 ( kinda match the set, but never liked mizuno wedges)

Putter: 9.5/10 ( sweet cameron, how do you keep the grip clean?, special headcover would have garned a 10)

Tell more about the putter, what was on the shaft?? How does that grip feel, i've never actually used an iomic

well bloody hell talk about harsh !! all i wanted was ratings and KTGolf1 goes round this forum being harsh .... dont leave anything to say if you havent got any thing nice to say ... about the iomic grip it is verry hard 2 keep clean haha... the grip starts getting black blotches on it from the other grips but its really isnt a problem .. the grip is fantastic in wet weather ... i feel the wetter it becomes the more tackier it becomes... the shaft is the UST frequency filtered shaft on the putter which filters any unwanted vibrations however the feel is brilliant ... thanks for the ratings and dont be harsh

Aye, sorry about that, was in a bit of a mood earlier!

 

So to make up for being a miserable git, here are some ratings:

 

Irons - fine set of irons (8.5/10) - 1.5 point deduction for not being full blades! Whats the yardage gap between your hybrid and 4 iron though? I keep trying to dump my 3iron but it always seems to come back into use!

 

3 wood - Haven't hit that iteration of the v-steel, but the previous one was pretty good. (?/10)

Hybrid - haven't hit this either, but a graphite shaft in a hybrid is bad news for me, I'd seriously recommend going with steel as it makes it feel more like an iron than a wood in your hands. (?/10)

Scotty putter - excellent (9/10)

Driver - solid head, but never liked the NV myself (7/10)

Wedges - always liked mizuno wedges (8/10)

Thanks man for the ratings .. the yardage is pretty big between my hybrid and 3 iron but i dont kno what club to drop ... any ideas ? My 3 wood is the best ... its my "cheat" club haha ... i can hit it even when im in my "F" game lol and still rock it .. My Ogio is very heavy for a "light" bag ... can anyone recommend a very light bag ? thanks every1 keep the ratings coming ..

Hey TalbottZ the UST shaft is something else :clapping: it totally maximises the feel but im confused to why the tour pros havent tried them yet ... I seriously recommend it ..

rising star as I said in my previous post a Sun Mountain superlight would be best 3.5 pounds lightest bag on the market besides those small one strap ones...

Drop the hybrid if you're going to use a 3 iron. It's the only one that makes sense. Or get a higher lofted hybrid...

Summary:

Love my MP32s...sincerely regret buying a bag that matched. The dividers wore through in just one season forcing me to reshaft my fairway wood and both hybrids. Since they were Grafalloy Blue and Prolaunch respectively, it cost me dearly.

Please..save your money and your clubs...buy from a different bag manufacturer

I kind of agree and I still stand with my opinion about the sun-mountain, but YOU will be the one carrying the bag so it is your your decision.

Cavity blade your pretty good for a 13 year old man. I am actually gonna echo your comments too and say get a hoofer of some sort. However that vaporlite has to be pretty light i would think.

before you buy a bag you should glance at the nike xtreme sport II, i just got myne today, its really awesome, it has 8 dividers on top which is esential for me, it has 6 pockets with valour valuables pocket, for 100 bucks i think its really nice, they also have really nice color options(fire red/black, forest green/black, etc.), i wanted to get the fire red and black but in order to disguise the new bag from my mom i had to get all black(looks similar to my previous nike all black bag), buut i would take a look cause all in all im very pleased and the colors are nasty, and its fairly cheap, good luck with whatever bag u get

thanks man i appreciate all the advice.... i dunno ... i think i might stick with the bag i got atm and invest in something else for the bag... any ideas in what i should change in my bag ... but leave my irons outta this ! :rolleyes: lol ..what can i say .. a brother needs a bit of extra forgiveness haha

this is just my opinion, in switching clubs i would think long and hard, i would be willing to put the 905r against any driver on the market, i would be willing to put the mp60s against any iron set on the market, i have no experience with the v steel but from what ive heard its a gem, i also think its hard to beat scotty cameron putters, the cobra i have no experience with so therefore no opinion, i just got my own mp t wedge, so far i see no reason to go another way, sure its not used as much as vokeys or cg12s or x forged, but just from what i feel so far, i dont think it lacks anything and it should perform just fine, but if the club ho in you is wanting its fix, maybe you could upgrade to the newer grooves or newer hybrids or a newer fairway wood, but again if it aint broke dont fix it, and again i would be hard pressed to find anything that much better than mp60's, 905r's, and scotty c's

im finding it pretty hard to get the club head back to the ball correctly with my 3 wood ... i feel the shaft is too whippy so i think a reshafting is in schedule ... i think an aldila nv stiff in it would make it the best club in my bag ! haha .. anyone had experience in using the nv in there 3 wood .. ? or even better .. their v-steel? thanks

I would say switch out your hybrid, and your wedges. Those cally X-forged wedges are swwwwweeeeeeettt.

Try the Mizuno MP-T with C-grind and the new Burners are out so you might be able to get the old burners cheaper.

The new MP-T are sold with C grinds, but the R series workshop grind works great for me.
