Main Differences between Proforce V2 and Aldila VS Proto?

Fitting a Nike Sumo2 :)

Hi guys, i realise its my 1st post but would appreciate some advice never-the-less.

Recently started playing golf (again) and bought myself a Nike SUMO2 on sale, (the original 5300).

I was advised by a friend to buy regular but now realise i need stiff so i wanna upgrade:) The ball flies too high. I also had a lesson where the pro said i needed stiff. (Irons are stiff and feel great)

However when i do hit the ball well (slow my speed down) it goes very far, 300+. I just wanna be able to hit the ball at my normal swing speed.

1. What is the club existing set up? 10.5 loft and standard diamana regular shaft from Nike.(Really rubbish even to me)
2. What type of swinger are you? Unsure, pretty quick though.
3. What is your handicap and on a scale 1-10 how consistent is your swing?where is your striking ability? N/A
4. What is the the problem w/ the existing set up? Shaft is too "whippy".
5. Have you ever had a launch monitor session before? No.
6. What are you trying to change or achieve on your new set up? Length/straigtness/lower flight.
7. Have you had any dynamic club fitting before? Unfortunately not.
8. What is your shots tendency on mistakes when you are not playing so good? Big ballooning fades whewn i really step on it.
9. What is your shot tendency that you like when you are playing good? Straight.
10. What type of course condition you are playing most? The UK, small courses.
11. Body build and postures? 6'2" 195lbs, gym 3x a week.
12. If you have to be honest, who your swing look like on PGA tour? at least who do you like it to be? Unsure.


Hopefully ive done my part and explained myself as well as possible, would appreciate some feedback and what shaft to pick.

PS, am i right in thinking the tipsize on the original Sumo 2 is .335?
