Scratch EZ1 --> S300 to X100?

I'm currently playing a set of Scratch EZ1's (5-PW) with S300 shafts. I love the clubs and the love the forgiveness but I'm starting to launch the ball too high and the ball flight is starting to become ballonish. Obviously the EZ1's are made to get the ball up in the air. When I hit a full shot with the pw-7i I get no role and the ball simply sticks 6" from wherever it landed. Sometimes the ball will suck back 6-12" w the PW and 9i. The 5 and 6 have lost some distance in the last couple of months. Down from 200 and 180 to 180 and 170 respectively. These two clubs simply go to high and fall out of the sky. The ball flight is no longer very boring.

 

Would moving up to X100's help? I'm not looking for major distance increases. I'm just looking to keep the ball down and regain the distance of my 5 and 6. I've got a fast transition. On a full swing the 7i carries 160-165, pw carries 130. Driver swing speed is around 110mph. Also, I'm not sure if it matters but I'm 6'3 and consider myself more of a hitter than a swinger - I played the Nippon 1150GH shafts a while back in these clubs and they were horrible ballooning shafts for me.
