A bit of everything.

I don't really have a favorite brand as you should be able to tell. I'm thinking about getting another j36 for the 2 iron spot because the rescue tp is a tad too unforgiving and it doesn't help that I'm already a low-mid ball hitter. I'm also trying to get another putter because I play on a lot of slow greens and I kind of want a mallet putter so I'm looking at the odyssey 2 ball blade and the itsy bitsy spider. The bag is otherwise pretty much set for now. Enjoy and I'd love to hear any comments.

Pink paintfill on the rac z tp and blue paintfill on the x-forged. Irons are paintless except for white in the MP-30 place.

My current setup is very similar as far as fairway woods and hybrids are concerned. How are you liking the J36 22*? I have one that has never hit a ball!

 

I'm thinking of picking up a j33 7 wood to match my 3 wood and dump the 5 wood / 3 hybrid combo. However, two fairway woods and a hybrid has been a solid base for the better part of a year. Regardless, nice clubs.

I love it. I really feel like I can't miss with it. It gets up quickly with a high decently flat flight and lands softly just how a hybrid should. It balloons a little into headwinds but doesn't lose too much distance. However, it is noticeably different compared to my rescue tp. Rescue tp is more workable (aka more temperamental with any swing flaws), lower ballflight, shallower face (tough in deep rough), and less forgiving. Both serve their purpose though. I love the feel as well.

 

How do you like that putter? I've been eyeing the TeI3 series for awhile.

I really like it. The feel is a bit clickier compared to say, a white hot insert or some bettinardis and it has a little more pop sensation off the face. I can put a great roll on the ball though. The negatives are that it isn't the most forgiving putter, it's tough on lag putts and on slow greens. I really have to kill the ball on slow greens which is why I'm looking for an alternative for all the slow greens I play on.
