Well here we go... Some people wanted pictures of my new lux so I decided I may as well get pics of my whole bag.

So here it goes...

I have quite a few pictures, especially of the new lux :rolleyes:

Clubs are in the sig, except for the J33R I picked up on Golfsmith's $99 deal that caused so much drama here. Other than the J33R, anser, and lux I built everything, started building clubs about 9 months ago, and nothing has gone wrong yet *knock on wood*, but it's really nice to be able to go out with a set of clubs you put together yourself. These g40's are really excellent btw.
Bag - Ping Pioneer (Yes I need a new towel)
Shoes - Puma Concorde GTX TL

Irons/Wedges/Lux have custom maroon/gold/white paintfill.

Anywho.. on to the good stuff. Let me know what you think. I'm an ASU student, and as you can tell, a big fan :birthday:

any thoughts on the performance of the 675T?

 

I've gone back and forth on a OEM driver or putting more Snake Eyes clubs in my bag and adding a 675T or Viper TI Tour instead.

It's a nice driver, I picked it up on sale for like $70 for the head and for that price I have no complaints. Only reason I have the J33R is the fact that I got it for $100 so they are fighting over that spot right now. So if that tells you anything it's just as good as some of the best drivers out there.

 

I really like the python xl 3 wood, and it would be nice to take the python xl driver and the 675t and hit them against each other. I went with the 675t because it was supposedly a little more workable.

 

I just havn't played all too many rounds with it, so it's a bit hard to give a full opinion on it, when I was swinging it well it's definitely a very nice club.

Got my Anser 2f2 back ping today. Nice 2 day turnaround, well it was done yesterday but I was at work :swoon2:

 

They did an excellent job, it looks brand new.

 

I debated whether or not to send it to lamont, shiny copper would have looked sweet with his black polymer finish, but these are awesome putters to begin with so I thought I would just take it back to it's prime.

 

 

The last 3 are a nice comparison of before and after. (Well after and before)

No, it was actually a City of Phoenix towel. Not sure why it was green for that.. but ya. Not from the ball washer :p

 

Well quick update since my last post...

 

The J33r has officially secured the starting position.. for now.. I have a v2 I've been meaning to throw in the 675 so we'll see.

 

Also have a new 685BX 60* wedge and a SV2 snake eyes putter head coming tomorrow, so we'll see how those go as well. Went with 5.5 spinner for the 60* wedge this time around, it's time for some experimenting.

 

Oh and I have also moved to a Lexus Towel. Free towels ftw.
