Is it possible to add a thanks button to the bottom of each post ?

 

As I read through them I find many informative and helpful and would like to show the poster, by way of a simple Thanks, my appreciation, and I think many others will feel the same way

i do not think people are not nice on here and surely could just add a post saying "Thank you" vs throwing more code into the forum. And this is kind of a give and take forum, contribute what you can.

this is only a suggestion to add credence to the Forum its not to difficult to add and I am sure many members who have spent the time and given their best advice would like in some way to be agnolaged by way of a small Thanks

Maybe saying thanks is a British thing, I just thought it would be nice to click a small button on the page. Thats all

It sounds like you are looking for a Karma button. Something where you can add karma if you like the post or take away karma if the poster is a tool.

 

I personally don't see the need. It becomes a popularity contest.
