SQ Max 10.5 with AccuLaunch 60 Stiff

It's smooth and improves ball flight / distance!!!

Jody and the good folks at AccuFlex were kind enough to install the new AccuLaunch 60 Stiff in my SQ Max 10.5. I was experiencing decent ball flight with the stock shaft, but the balls would just hang and drop out of the sky. The flight looked really good, mid / high, but I was not getting any roll-out.

After quite a few discussions with Jody about my problem, he recommended the AL 60 Stiff. I have numerous range sessions and four rounds under my belt with it. The shaft feels smooth and you can really feel it loading before impact. Ball flight is about the same, but I get tons more roll-out after the ball hits the ground. No more drop and stop!!

I’m a 10 handicap and I play the HX Tour ball. I measured all of my drives during one round and averaged them out, minus the miss hits. That left me with 11 good / excellent drives (no fades, pulls, hooks, or slices). The average was 268. The best was 287 and the worst was 243. The conditions were normal (no wind) and temp was 68*. My driver swing speed average is 98 -100. I consider this excellent distance for my swing speed, and attribute it to the increased roll-out I’m getting from the AccuLaunch shaft.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the shaft, and the performance of the driver now. I would recommend this shaft to anyone looking to maximize the performance of the SQ Max.
