Here's something different....I'm looking for a new Cart Bag

I currently use the Nike SQ Tour Carry, which is an amazing carry bag to say the least. I'm interested in getting a new cart bag because I ride all summer.

I'd REALLY like a putter tube, because I use a Winn Jumbo grip, and it it a pain in the a** to get out of the Nike bag's individual slot. I would also like nuetral colors like black/white/silver. I really like the Ogio pin stripe bags, but I'd like some feedback on how they functionality wise.

I don't need anything huge, I put a premium on light, convenient, easy to carry, and easy to transport.

What does everyone think?

I have a Ping Pioneer -- last year's model. Has a 14 way top and a spacious putter tube. Very convenient pockets. The new model has 14 way dividers instead of the 6 way in my model. Check them out.

I can't tell you what to get, but I can tell you not to get the Titleist lightweight cart bag. I had one for about 5 rounds, and it does not stay in place well at all. It was very lightweight and had the putter well, but when your bag gets twisted up on the cart, it doesn't matter much. Also, your putter may not fit into the putter well with an oversized grip. You should check before going that route.

I actually have the opposite view of the Titleist lightweight cart bag. I love it. I have not experience any twisting with mine. Very spacious, a lot of pocket space, cooler pocket, and looks good.

I just got a Nike Tour Cart II bag...the red and black....I love it so far...14 way divider and external putter tube...lots of pockets...fits on cart great !

Totally agree! I have the all black one and it is basically the sun mountain c-130 with titleist logos. Best looking bag I have ever owned. VERY SHARP!

The Sun Mountain bags are nice and include a putter tube. Check out the S1, SCB, and LCB.

OK, apologies to everyone whose suggestions I am ignoring, but... I'm narrowed it down to the Sun Mountain and Ogio - probably the C-130 and the Sultan.

Has anyone got any direct experience with both? Any comparison of the two? And any good or bad feedback on either?

I've got an '09 Ogio Kingpin and love it. The top two pockets lift up for the cart strap to go around and then stick back down with velcro, real cool idea. I got the black one and was wishing I'd have got the pinstripe afterward. The top is orgainzed with the Woode' system with a putter pit at the top of the bag, which is the back on a power cart. Right where you need it. The fabric is great, it's reasonably lightweight and looks fantistic IMO. My vote is for the Ogio Kingpin or similar Ogio bags.
