My 2010 Bag

Finally, a set worthy to post!

After a long layoff (10 years), I have found a new passion for golf. I have been playing for about 6 months since my break and feel better than ever. Swing is stronger and more fluid. I am on the cusp of hitting single digits, I know it.

That being said, here are my sticks.



Titleist 909D2 Driver. 9.5* with Fujikura Motore 75 Stiff flex shaft. I recently has a Iomic white grip installed. Nice, but doesn't seem to me to be very newsworthy. Oh well.




Titleist 909F3 3 Wood 15* with stock Voodoo Stiff shaft. Just installed a white Itomic grip. This grip is fantastic.




Adams A4 3 Hybrid 19*. Stock Mitsubishi Javlyn shaft stiff with white Itomic grip.




Titleist AP2 Irons. Project X 5.5 shafts and blue Itomic grips.




Callaway X-Tour Vintage Wedges. 50*, 54* and 60* (bent to 58*). Blue Itomic Grips



Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 2. 34" with Dancing Red grip. Just got a Club Cameron headcover (Thanks BuckyBadger!)




All of this in my new Ping Latitude V2 stand bag. Cant say enough about Ping bags. Miss my Hoofer :(

Great setup. Liking the Itomics?

Very nice setup, I love the ap2's...I think once my game improves I will be picking up a set next year. And my favorite little feature is the skull and bones right near the hosel of your driver. Where did you get it? how is it holding up? I only ask because I love the jolly roger symbol and ralph lauren uses it on some of the shirts, pants, and luxury accessories. Sweet setup and glad to hear your enjoying the game again! I hope its warmer where you are. ( I was out last night and it was 12 degrees)

The pattern is a little aggressive, but for the most part I love it. The size and tack is great,

The skull and crossbones came on the club when I bought it (eBay) I believe it is a "Golf Dotz" sticker designed for balls. I rather enjoy it so I left it on.

Im strongly considering an AP1/AP2 combo set with either the PX 5.5 or KBS Tour stiff. Just wondering if your distances are comparable to mine(8iron-150 yards, 7-162, 6-175). Also really considering the exact 3-metal you have and just wondering about its performance and forgiveness off the tee and off the turf?

Yes, my 8 Iron is about 155. I wouldn't bother with the combo to be quite honest. I hit the 4-iron just fine and I play to about a 8-10.

The 3-wood is money. I prefer the slightly deeper face and the made for Voodoo shaft plays just fine despite the haters.

With you driver your spine gets more verical at impact (0:40 in the video) than at address, Vijay Singh does it too so I guess it cant be bad. But your hands are higher at impact, you might have a high push sometimes. Is that ever the case?

By the way, how do you like that superfast? How is it flying?
