tigers new irons

theres been talk of a new blade from nike and i would love to see any new product from tom stites. but i found something interesting. nike's webpage shows several front pages including leonard, wie and two of tiger. tiger is standing with his arms crossed(looking bigger than ever) but the interesting thing is tiger has a PRO COMBO iron in his crossed arms.i know he says he has used a 2iron on occasion but this one is a 6 iron. IS TIGER MAKING THE MOVE? i doubt it. but interesting . what are your thoughts?

agree with post above. just an add for marketing purposes.

 

remember, there are golfers out there that want to play what the pros play. If they see Tiger with Pro Combos, there are a select few that will follow suit.

just an ad in which the ad company didn't realize that members on golf forums pay so much attention that we pick up on every little detail (not making fun of you, i noticed it a couple of monthes back).

 

this is up there with the cpr wedges in tigers bag on his website.

Nike is redoing their entire forged line up in particular the pro combo tours. Aiming for next year.
