F/S:TOUR ISSUE HFS 13* TM STEEL

I have a tour issue steel R7 13* HFS fairway. It has HFS on the hosel. It has been hit a little. When I got the club it had a couple small nicks on the top line that are not really visible from address. It is 43".

Because we talked about it outside of this thread. ;) I wanted to know the exact tipping and I guess its too much work for him. I have paypal locked and loaded if you can just measure the length of the black graphic to the tip.
