answering my own question, looks like http://www.novogolf.com/ and http://www.timmosel.com are good options.

However, there was a heated debate about novo golf in the forums a while back, some swear by them, some said way overpriced.

I've been to novo golf and I can tell you their shop and facility is second to none. They have all the latest technology as well as a large selection of clubs and shafts you have never seen before. novo has all the top OEMs as well as extensive shafts and custom heads, etc. There is no comparison between the 2 facilities IMHO, apples and oranges.

You get what you pay for. Comparing novo to timmosel is just not possible. Two completely different leagues.

In terms of pricing, definitely not "way overpriced". For the customer service, quality craftsmanship, professional fitting services, etc. you get a lot of bang for your buck. This is the only place in the country with an arsenal of over 5 outdoor trackmans, fully automated PURE system, Latest Sam Putt Lab, etc., etc.

If you are a penny pincher, perhaps you're better off going elsewhere. If you want the best of everything with all the latest options to try, you will not regret it. I've been a very happy customer here and will continue to purchase from them.

Good luck!

I've read the same thing as Quincler. Opinions across this forum seem mixed. Many people sound satisfied with the fitter, his workmanship, the pro shop, and Trackman; but aren't satisfied with the prices, writing they are too expensive. Is Novo firm on their pricing or negotiable? Reviews say discounts are not offered, even after being fitted by them. Is this true?

Mike, why not just ask them directly and express your concerns. Posting up on a web forum really wont help your situation. I get deals from them all the time as I am a good/loyal customer. I've bought many things from them and anytime I need something done, it's done very quickly if not right away. That's the kind of relationship you want to foster with your club builder, etc. Plus, they have EVERYTHING. As you know, they are not a fly by night club builder with only several offerings. They have it all, so use that to your advantage when you need other things.

These guys have had the brand new whiteboard for a week now and it's not going to debut for sale until mid october. Of course I will have one and will be one of the first to get it at a good price.

I suggest you get in touch with Bill who is the owner and top fitter/builder and just be honest with him. I personally do not think it's worth going through the aggravation of getting clubs elsewhere and dealing with potential issues that may arise. If the price is out of your budget completely, so be it, but why not talk to him about it directly. As I said in your other post, go with the lesser build and save $. You have options, you just need to communicate that to them.

Good luck!
