I've been waiting for when this came available again. It's probably the best deal on golf you'll ever find around here. I'm not sure how long they usually last but I would pick up one up soon to avoid missing it.

2011 Passport Rules and Conditions:
(#) represents number of golfers per offer
Each course may only be played once
Call the golf course for availability, tee time and reservations
May not be used for tournaments, league play, group outings or in conjunction with other special offers or discounts
Present your Passport to the golf course staff and they will remove it from your book
Promotion will only be honored when coupons are intact in the Golden Passport booklet
Follow the rules of the course such as credit card policy, cancellations, dress code, etc.

Has ANYONE used this before, it sounds like that "Entertainment" book of coupons from eons ago, and I looked over the courses, and would DEFINITELY make use of this for $250.
It would cost me $125, as my buddy would split it.

I don't know anyone that has used it but the NEGCOA is a real organization and I'm quite confident it's legitimate. I received my booklet over the holidays. I had found out about it last year but it had already sold out. If you plan to get one, I would do so soon.

FWIW, I bought the passbook at a discount back in 2008 ($125), and it was legit. I only played half the book, and it was fantastic; though the rules have changed a bit. In 2008, most places included the cart, and Blissful Meadows was a foursome with carts included. The Ranch in Southwick was also included (a beautiful course which would have cost almost twice the passbook's purchase price).
