Stand Bag Winter Storage

Anyone leave the clubs in and legs extended?

I've been searching the forums for about 15 minutes and figured I'd just ask -- does anyone leave clubs in the stand bag and the bag's legs extended over the winter?

I've got a PING 4 Under and will play if weather permits, but have pulled the clubs out of the car and was wondering if I need to pull the clubs out of the bag (I don't see the bag standing straight up with clubs in it).

I leave my clubs in the bag with the legs extended and have done that for 10 yrs. with no problems.

Depends on how much other 'stuff' you have in the bag.

My bag is about 5 years old and the stand just gave it up last night. Turns out it's where the stand mechanism attached to the bag vs the stand itself.

Next time I'll probably lean it up against something with legs retracted for long term storage.

I think i'm going to do the same thing...store with legs retracted.

I leave my Adidas Tour AG stand bag upright with the legs folded in. It stands up well on its own and makes me feel like the legs and/or mechanism will last a little longer.

Clubs in, legs out. OGIO grom has beefy legs.

I always leave my bag in the garage with the legs down and have no problems. (I know it may be blasphemy to leave my clubs in the garage.)
