Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Booster Club

"Our organization is holding a charity golf tournament at the Bay Palms Golf Course on Macdill
Air Force Base. All funds raised will go directly into moral & esprit de corps building events to
improve the quality of life of MacDill's maintenance community."

We are in need of:

Hole Sponsors. $100 per hole** will get your company:
o Sign near the Tee box with your companies name and logo
o Recognition as a primary sponsor in all Tournament literature
Any goods and services for prizes (1st Place, 2nd Place, Longest Drive, etc.) and raffle:
o Recognition for support in Tournament program
**Donations will be collected at a later date TBA

Price per golfer due by 15 March (Registration Deadline)
$35/E-1 to E-4
$45/E-5 to E-6
$55/E-7 up & Civilians

4 person modified Texas Scramble Format (must use at least 2 drives from each team member)
