V Steel woods. Draw bias due to face angle or weighting?

Just as the question asks. I like the look & feel of the V Steel but I want a neutral ball flight. Is the draw bias due to the closed face or internal weighting? If it's the face angle then I could have it bent square.

I have a V-steel that is out of my bag because I can't stand the draw-bias. I don't think it has anything to do with the internal weighting mine is noticeably closed at address. I originally hand-picked mine from GolfSmith but when I cracked the face they sent me a new one directly from TaylorMade and it had a slightly closed face.
