Sun Mountain Four 5 or Ogio?

Do these bags sit ok on a pull buggy?

I'm looking at getting a new stand bag but as I often play in really hot weather I will sometimes put the nag on a pull buggy. I currently have a ping vantage and it sits fine on the buggy but I want a bigger bag with more room for my clubs as they often jam in my ping bag. I like the Sun mountain Four 5 and the Ogio Grom & Edge but as I'm in Australia and nowhere stocks these bags I can't go to a pro shop to check for myself if the stand mechanism at the bottom of the bag affects how the nag will sit on a pull buggy. Can anyone let me know if these bags sit ok?

i am trying to interpret the "... the nag ... and pull buggy ..." however, i can tell you that the Ogio will sit better on the pull cart because of the similarities of base design between both the Ping and Ogio. The Sun Mountain bag has that "lever" that sticks out and will not sit flush when compared to the other two. I say this with prior experience using a Sun Mountain Four Five and a Sun Mountain push cart and Clic Gear. The Ping and the Ogio bags also fit on the golf carts better!

Also, if you use mid-size grips you may like the Ogio better than the Four Five.

Thanks for the advice. It's hard to find pics of the bottom of the bags so I couldn't tell what the lever was like or how far it sticks out. "nags" is supposed to be "bags". The b & n are next to each other and my fat fingers were to blame for the spelling errors.

So even though the Sun Mountain has the 14 way top, you found that the clubs sat better with less sticking than the Sun Mountain?

The new Sun Mountain four 5 2011 fixed that lever issue so it fits fine in my clic gear 3.0! And golf carts as well.

So the 2011 Sun Mountain doesn't have a lever that sticks out at all? And also, I know it has a 14 way divider at the top, but do the dividers run from top to bottom sovthat each club slides into it's own place without any chance of grips and shafts rubbing into each other in the bag?

i have an ogio. its pretty good. it does sit well on a pull cart. if i had any complaints with it, it would be that sometimes the legs dont extend out all the way so it falls down.

the ogio bag has no lever that sticks out. the sun mountain has the 14-way divider that are full length. however, the problem i ran into was that if you are using midsize grips, they will have the feeling of getting "stuck" inside the bag.

Those pictures were perfect!! I dont own a pull cart, i just grab 1 from the pro at my home course when i play and the stand mechanism would sit on the cart and take all the weight of the bag, so the legs would alays be trying to extend and i think the lever would eventually snap under the pressure. So thanks again cos those pics were exactly what i needed to see!
