I never expected this kind of response when I posted this. I just needed to get the iron shafts and I would have been happy. But the generosity on this site is just unbelievable. Thanks to all those that have donated items, you have made a kid very very happy!

Without going back and checking the thread, did you end up pretty much setting him up with a new bag from Driver-putter?

Pretty much so. Once the 3 wood get's here he will have a complete new bag(except for the bag and his wedges) for next season. He is loving them so far as his grandpa takes him to the simulator all winter long. I am looking forward to working with him in the spring to get him ready for tryouts.

Since it is Christmas eve I wanted to say thank you one more time. I just dropped off the 3 wood and he is now all set for this coming season. Doing this for this kid has brought a smile to my face all season. Thanks to everyone who sent me items, that was awesome!!!!!

Hey Joekelli I have an adidas stand bag (lightweight, green/white in color) in very good shape for the young lad if needed. Its about 2 yrs old, hardly used, its just sitting in the garage collecting dust. PM me.

Thanks for the offer but the bag he has now is not very old and in good shape. Would rather see you give it to someone else who is in need.
