Bobby Grace / Greg Chalmers commemorative Putter

Bobby Grace sends me e-mails from time to time, since he knows I'm very interested in his putters. He sent me one today I would like to share, with some pictures. Recently Greg Chalmers won the Australian open with a Bobby Grace putter, so Bobby has some limited editions he's offering to commemorate that win. I added a couple of links for reference.

Here is what the early "Proof" numbered putters look like. You can have either Black or gold and I do have a few of the lower numbers still available. These will come with 7 weights so you can make this into a belly putter in the future. It does not come with a weight kit since the weight kits will have 7 tungsten weights and will be an additional $65.00. The putter is 355 grams with all stainless steel weights. These also come with our latest technology in the face which rolls the ball early and creates more forgiveness. The price of these are $399.00 plus shipping.

I read a comment from Bobby that the shaft insertion that Greg asked for and plays with was very hard to accomplish in this head. For that reason, we may not ever see the exact replica.

Interesting placement of the seven weights.

I still have an Amazing Grace that needs its shaft re-glued. (Came loose more than once) The head design is incredibly stable and the insert rolls the ball wonderfully. The new radiused face looks great too.

I love the original Amazing Grace. Over time I think I have come to realize that I'm not really a mallet user, but I've got a couple of different Grace mallets on ice in case my Bobby Grace Proto anser style ever gives out on me!!!
