Fighting Over the top

Back again guys. Last time I was here three weeks ago I got some really good info, but I still feel as though I am coming over the top. Any advice and thoughts on my swing are appreciated

tough to say from that cam angle since its sitting on the ground. what are your current misses? also, if you can put up a better angled video so we can see.

Thanks for the input. I been away for a little while.
1. Sorry about the cam angle, its the best I can do at that time
2. Misses: Short and right. I dont mind a fade but right now the ball starts dead left then fades so it feel as though its a pull slice. Distance is gone as well. This is the most frustrated I have ever been in golf

Any advice or thoughts is very much appreciated

You need to learn to fire from the inside. Basically you will be hitting big blocks. Straight blocks, IF you are firing from the inside during the start of trying it everything will most likely be chunky (fat) that is a good thing. Then you will iron it back out to making good contact in a few swings. Then you get to learn to trust it.

Thanks for the feedback. Should the right shoulder work down and under the plane? Its hard to explain but I am working on lowering my upper body with a knee bend to try and work the club to the inside. It feels like a dip but when I look at it on video it doesnt seem to be there

It's just classic upper body leading the downswing, releasing the club too early, coming over the top...

if you pause half way down your downswing- -the shaft should be somewhere between your forearms, it's way out over the top

if you pause at impact - -your hips have barely cleared at all, if any

Yes, thanks for the video. I also have been working on speeding up my arms.
