2006 TaylorMade MB on Ebay(real deal?)

I have found some auctions for the TM 2006 blades for well under 700, some used(good condition) some new. Could someone please tell me about this auctions. What is the catch behind this? why would they sell the club for well below the rsp. With all the BAD equipment floating around, I really don't know what to do. please give me some insight on what to do. Thanks!

That is kind of hard to tell without seeing the listing and the condition of the clubs. The resale value on 2006 MB TP's right now ranges from $383.28 to $439.46.

 

Some people are willing to take less for their clubs this time of year especially with the holidays and all.

What did you think of your set? was it from Ebay? have you checked to see if it is authentic? what do you think of the quality of the clubs?

Everything goes for cheaper on ebay...a friend got a set of brand new 695 MB's when they came out on ebay from a reputable seller for $250 below asking price in stores. A brand new 905R may be $330 in stores but they can be had for $250 on ebay.

 

EDIT: Just don't buy from people that have 0 feedback and prices that are way to good to be true...lots of hijacked accounts selling R7 460's for like $125. Most of the hijacked accounts have never had a golf transaction in there feedback at all.

I purchased a set of new MB TP's about a month ago on EBAY , and have been very pleased, I have checked them for authenticity and they were real Taylor Made, I have been looking for a 460 also but some of the Horror stories have scared me off for now!
