Swing Work-in-Progress, Fighting a modest fade

Hi guys, I've been having trouble uploading a video to the site so I put it on YouTube, please check it out and let me know your thoughts. I've been working hard on my swing for the past 6 months and finally have it going pretty smoothly, but i've hit a progress rut and and cannot for the life of me get the club head to come through contact square - it's always outside-in unless i totally force the swing and make a nasty deliberate inside out action.

 

I seem to roll my left elbow over on the backswing, which tilts the club over (head below plane) into the downswing, after which the clubhead crosses the plane line and seems to make this swing path - and also results in a ton of shanks. Any advice for keeping the club inside? Or what else am I doing wrong? I can hit the ball a pretty long way when it goes straight but these swings all lost a ton of distance because of the fading. I also cannot keep my left arm straight through the swing, and extending with my irons is awfully difficult - it's like I bail out with my whole left side and chicken-wing and all kinds of things. Any help extending after the swing and keeping the club in like would be appreciated!

1 rotate the hips flatter. turn the right hip across, dont let it drop and yank up.
2. leading with the hips so much is mostly why you cut it. pull the hands down more infront of your body.
3.get slightly flatter. a few degrees will feel like alot at first. make the butt end of your club on the downswing feel like its pointed out past the ball infront of you, not at the ball. this is drastic but it will teach your arms and wrist what an inside approach feels like. you may have to address the ball slightly closer to make the downswing feel right.

4. keep your head back and down through the shot to focus good hip rotation. start out finishing with that reverse c posture.
5.when practicing execution dont go for distance. full swings are muscle memory thing as they happen so fast. you gotta work these things in slow and gradually speed them up.
6 beware your golf score may suffer when tweaking your swing as you bounce back and forth with something new and something you know. So consistancy can be comprimise. LOL

Really it looks like a minor plane/ path tweak. Try just aiming 15-20 yard right of the target. Once you can block over there witha square club and no fade; just pull it in a little and aim just slighly right of the target.

Draw for show, cut for dough. You can talk to a fade but a hook wont listen.

I would like to see you stay more in the shot with your lower body. You come up with it a little early. You fall off balance backwards and towards the ball.

great swing! I know you don't want to hear this but stick with the swing and the fade. Yes it's important to learn to hit a hook for trouble shots but I'm sure someone with a swing as good as your can figure that out in about 2 minutes. The rest of the time just groove the fade and go work on you short game. Worked for 80 % of the top 20 players of all time.....
