Japan TM R360 TOUR Prototype??? Help! PICS inside..

OK Guys, I picked up a R360 Tour from PGASS today for $29.00, the only reason I bought it is because it had a UST VTS Red 6x shaft installed. I could care less about the head until I saw it was a tour version and then tried to find something about it online. The only thing I could find was an old thread from some site were a guy was asking the same ?. The thread was posted in 04 and I havent found anything elso out. The thread said that it may be a early Japan prototype, Its a bit rounded on the bottom at the back and has a deep face, where the loft would go it says TOUR. Any help on this club would be great, thank you all!

I got some info from another member that stated this was an Asian Tour Issue head, is there anyone else out there that can help me get more details. Does anyone know what lofts these came in, are they rare and are they worth any good money?

These were in the same "vintage" as the "300 Tour, Holy Grail" but with a larger head and non-USGA specs. Back in those days the "R" marking by TaylorMade meant that it was R&A conforming, (.860 COR) and for non-USGA governed countries. Seem to recall that there was also a "R300 Tour", which would be a R&A version of the "Holy Grail".

The USGA site of non-conforming equipment may have the R3xx Tours listed.

The 3xx Tours (R & non-R) were tour issued clubs and in high demand back in the day. Don't think that it's still in demand anymore since the driver tech has moved on.

So what you have is a tour issued club, non-USGA countries version (Japan, Canada, Europe, etc).
