Alright big, here is the deal. You can do this yourself. I will walk you through it here. I feel like absolute hell today. Might be allergies, I don't know. So all I'm doing is watching movies and reading WRX.

first things first. List EVERYTHING you have to get this done. Tools, epoxy, a vice, a saw of some type etc etc. Let's find out if there is anything you need that you don't yet have. And what are the clubs and shafts that go into them.

OK so the way i see it, you have two sets of irons. Are either of those designated to be your gamers or is one in any way less important? Because if so then you have a choice to make. Start with the ones you want to use, or start with the "2nd" set to gain some experience and risk making a few small mistakes along the way?

The quick set epoxy should not be much of a concern It allows you plenty of time.

No one who may have come to your aid would be able to do much to ensure swing weight without as scale. I have built numerous iron sets without one and have adjusted the SW later as needed with lead tape etc. You are in an interesting spot because you will be shafting these with cut, gripped shafts. If there is a golf shop around you, you can take the unglued clubs in and they can note the SW of each so you know if you want to use tip weights etc.

So I guess the question is, what is it you want to build first?

I'm a bit confused. Were the shafts that you have previously in the clubheads and pulled from them? Or do you have brand new shafts that need to be trimmed and then installed? I'm guessing that you have shafts with grips already installed on them and they just need to be re-epoxied into the heads they were previously on? Is this correct? If that's the case, I will be glad to re-epoxy them in for you for $2.00 per club. The only catch is that you have to bring them to my shop (edited) and then either pick them up or have them shipped back to you. You may need to buy a tip weight or two.

Dude, No. I'm not amtraking over to jersey to do this, when you can do it yourself. So what's the issue, do want to get this done, or do want to get this done without having to actually do anything? If you are interested in my offer to help you with this so be it lets get after it, if you're just wanting to get back to your Xbox, take them to golf galaxy.

yes that IS RIGHT BUT SOME ARE PLUGGED WHICH I GUESS IS SWING WEIGHT sorry for the caps....
[/quote]

The ones that are plugged most likely have epoxy in the tip from prior gluing. There is one problem with that. Since most shafts taper, this epoxy plug will sometimes become dislodged while drilling out. When this happens, the small plug goes into the shaft and rattling around. Sometimes this makes it necessary to pull grip if it cant be forced through the tip.

tee2green.... thats a deal... can you check to see if i need a tip weight on the mx23s and remove a tip weight if there is one and any good courses there i can play whille you do the work then at the end after a dinner and a round pick em up....

I am located 2 minutes from Architects. The only problem is I do not feel comfortable with the fast setting epoxy. I would prefer to use the 24 hour epoxy and then turn the ferrules after they have set. That's why I mentioned the shipping back or return to pick up. You can call me on my cell at 908 339-2439.

I am about 55 minutes from Morristown. I know it's a bit far. Also, you will pass within a minute of High Bridge Hills and also pass Beaver Brook.

ill look for someone a little closer... however if you wanna get here ill take you to balley owen our most prestine course... but it is 21 clubs and ferrule installation so it would be well worth the 100 bucks or whatever it is

Darn. Guess you googled where Winnipeg was. Here I thought I could get a nice mid-summer trip to the East coast.

Just yanking your chain a little since there weren't many caveats to the deal. You can do this it isn't that complicated once you've done one.
