Top end of the Bag questions/ Conundrum

So, here's my current situation:

 

3 wood (910FD) standard settings, D4(LH) with stiff Grafalloy Epic shaft.

5 wood (910F) Ditto from above.

Hybrid (XR 19*) Proforce v2 stiff. unsure of tipping, plays 40.5 ( I think)

Driving Iron (712U 3i) Nunchuk xi: Plays same length as Hybrid

 

 

I'm Having some serious gapping issues: 3 wood carries 260-ish, 5 wood 245-ish and hybrid and DI both carry 235. I play a 915 D3 with speeder 661 TS Xstiff, which goes 310 carry when the swing is clicking. What I've experimented with a bit is putting the 3 wood head on the 5 wood shaft and popping the loft down to 14.25 or whatever the adjustability allows. The shorter shaft gave good results, and I picked up about 7-8 more yards. I'd prefer to keep the hybrid and DI both in the bag and drop the 5 wood out. My question is this, how could I adjust my set up to increase either the hybrid or DI to give me 10 or so more yards out of it. My thoughts is to tip the hybrid 1/2 inch to stiffen it up a bit, so that I feel like I can go after it a bit more. should also drop spin a touch too, give me a few more yards.
