Firecliff after overseeding or Mountain View?

I will be traveling to Palm Springs January 19th through the 21st. I have a a coupon for a foursome at either course. It looks like per this forum, Firecliff is the most popular. I will be there about 3 weeks post overseeding for Firecliff. Would it be worth it to play Firecliff or should we stick to Mountain View for better conditions?

Also, this is the weekend of the Careerbuilder. How busy will the area be?

I will be there the same week. You would never know the tournament is on, it's still pretty quiet there. In my mind I would play Firecliff over Mountainview regardless, it is that much better a course.

I have played both and played Firecliff twice as often because it is that much better. I mean they are the same price, but Firecliff could charge 50% more and I'd still pay it probably. After 3 weeks i would not consider Firecliff to be in bad shape post reseeding.
