Really stupid question

Here is a really stupid question but I really want to know the answer:

How do golfers keep their freakin shirts tucked in as they are playing? Mine gets so stupid lookin and just slowly comes out so that its practically a bag around my waist...Do they have some special like shirt suspenders that connect their shirt to their socks lol!?

Seriously, just make sure ur shirts are long enuff in the 1st place. Even Paddy doesn't have them in by the end of his round.

Has nothing to do with the shirt, belt, suspenders or magic. Has everything to do with the body. Some folks can't keep a shirt tucked in. Funny question!

get them tailored to fit... that's what they do on tour...

the new stretchy material shirts (Nike Dri fit, Adidas clima cool, etc.) stay tucked in extremely easily...because they just stretch instead of getting pulled out of your shorts/pants

try one out some time

LoL if only there were anything to make my arms look big! haha - I wear those adidas golf polos size small and they are like a freakin trashbag on me!!!

The day I tuck a shirt into my undergarments is the day I start playing golf with no pants :rolleyes:

Some shorts have a band that runs along the waist on the inside that is made of something like rubber that "grabs" the material of the shirt to help hold it in. I have some Nike and some Ping shorts that have this.

Yes they do, or at least they did. When I was in the USAF some 15 years ago I had shirt garters to keep my dress blues shirt tucked in. They worked great and was not uncomfortable. They clipped onto the shirt tails and to your socks and ran down the outside of your leg. I'm not sure where to find them now. Maybe a men's store that sells dress cloths.

+1 on this. I know the Dockers shorts and pants for golf have this as well. It's not foolproof, but it goes a long way towards grabbing the shirt and keeping it tucked.

Yep a lot of golf pants and shorts have that little strip around the waste that grabs onto some shirts. Also, the newer golf shirts are made out of stretchy technology.

Hilarious......  lol...  go with the crotch snaps!  I wear XXL so they usually stay in. IF it starts to come out, I drop trow and re-tuck. :)  IDEALLY in a restroom but near a treeline is fine. :)
