Back at Encore from yesterday thru the weekend. Saw a full tee sheet from 8am-9am and actually all morning. Looked kinda crowded out there to be honest. Mid 70s and absolutely beautiful. Can't blame anyone for forking out $500 to play to play on a stupendous day.

Sorry about the 90* jacked up angle.

TPC Vegas isn't worth the money compared to others. Bali Hai is great, Rhodes Ranch is always in excellent condition but isn't really a premium course, Bears Best is really nice (just played today), Rio Secco is always a good choice. The two courses at Revere are worth trying but I wouldn't pick them if you only get one.

If you can afford them, Cascata and Shadow Creek are probably some of the best. The paiute courses are nice but if you're taking a taxi it's too much money.

Don't bother with Coyote Springs either, too far away and not the best.

Someone putting Rhodes Ranch above coyote Springs. That's a first, rr has been a dump since I played it back in high school. Sounds like someone played on a windy day.

I didn't necessarily put Coyote Springs above it, I just don't think it's worth it to drive an hour into the desert for an average course when RR is much closer and kept very well. I'm guessing you haven't played there in a while if you think it's a dump. It's got great reviews on trip advisor and yelp and I have never heard anyone complain about it - the only downside is no GPS on the carts.

Unless you got coyote after they punched their greens are much better than paiute, no poana
And that's not a downside this is 2015 you should own a Bushnell plus GPS is inaccurate.
I haven't been there in a year but I will give it to you that I can remember every hole on that course something I can't do with cascata since it's all the same s*** (up or down).

Going to Vegas on our Honeymoon in May

And my soon to be good wife (non golfer!) has let me out to play golf once, I also would like to go for the best club fitting available, cost depending. I'm a TM guy with a 4 Handicap

Any recommendations?

We're staying at the Wynn

Thanks Wrxers

IMO Wynn was overpriced by about $300, but you get some nice amenities with your round and it's usually not very busy

Just got back from Vegas.
Played Wolf Creek, Shadow Creek, and TPC Summerlin.
Have played Rio Secco, Bali Hai, Wynn, and Paiute (Wolf and Snow Mtn).
All have pluses and minuses (mostly cost is the minus on some of these).
Best value is Paiute Wolf, most fun was Wolf Creek, best condition was Shadow Creek.
I must say, tho, all the courses are worth playing if you can afford it. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.
