difference between blue and white?
My current gamer is a TM r7 quad tp 9.5* with a Fuji 661 x. I like it, but it's got a little much torque for me. I also have a 510tp 9.5* with the TM 757 speeder s. I hit this club moon rocket high, and want to put something to bring the flight down and see how I like it. I'm looking at the Diamiana as an option because I've heard it brings the ball down a lot, but don't know anything about it. I know the Red has a more active tip to help get the ball up, but what is the difference between the Blue and White? Play to a +2 with 115mph swing speed

You sure about the white board being a lower launch and spin?

I went to Diamana's website to research this exact question, and all I got out of it was that both are high kick, tip stiff shafts, but the whiteboard supposedly has a softer butt section to reduce the harsh or boardy feeling of the shaft. If you have any stats on specific stiffness ratings (butt, mid and tip)of the two shafts compared, I would love to see them too.

YES! high kick means low trajectory.... whiteboard goes about 2-3* lower than blueboard...

The Whiteboard is not lower launch. You had disputed this the last time I posted it. The info below came directly from Mitsubishi Rayon.

"Diamana White Board launches a ball slightly higher than the Blueboard but it produces a lower ball spin rate. Mitsubishi designed the shaft to allow you to use the Whiteboard in a higher lofted club head but not be penalized with additional spin rates that are common with the higher lofted club models. White has stiff tip, low torque, stiff mid section but softer butt section for feel."

Funny. I just emailed MR about it. I guess I'll find out soon enough on what they have to say. I don't know if I've ever seen so much confusion over one shaft like that. I wanted Whiteboard for Titleist D1 10.5* loft. Talk about high flat bomb that cuts through winds with ease...

I have heard that it should be lower than the blueboard. TourSpecGirl is telling everyone that it is a lower launch than the blueboard. I think she knows what shes talking about? Anybody else?

Thanks tour pro, that's what I suspected but they don't do a good job specifying that on their website.

What about blueboard in lower loft vs whiteboard in higher loft of same driver?

Thanks. I've wondered whether going lower in lofts would make much difference. Apparently not. Only if Titleist would offer whiteboard! I need it badly for windy days... What other shafts are comparable to whiteboard? Accra SC75? That was one suggestion that I was told to look at.

This is what I am going to find out. I currently play a Rapture 10.5/Blueboard 83-stiff and I just got a Whiteboard that I am going to stick in either a Rapture 12* or Nak NP-1 420cc 12*

When I get it shafted up and tested, I will let you know.
